I haven't been to Edinburgh for absolutely ages, and in February I'll be there twice.
The first time will be on Saturday 22 February, for an event in memory of Patrick Geddes, whose most famous words are 'By leaves we live', which is the theme of the event, run by the Scottish Storytelling Centre.
Then on Thursday 27 February I'll be reading at The Shore Poets at the Shore Gallery in Leith, which I'm feeling really honoured to do. I don't yet know who the other reader will be. I'll update this when I know.
Poetry gigs prove yet again to be just like number 7 buses!
