The brilliant people at Wildfire, the publisher of my forthcoming book, The Lost Elms, have produced the most beautiful cover for it. The past couple of years of work on the book is coming to fruition, and it will be published in July this year. Elms have played a significant role in my life and their ecological and cultural story is fascinating. Although Dutch elm disease has ravaged elms across the world, when I started really learning about them I found deep inspiration and hope.
